Exchanges and Returns

If you need to make an exchange or return, please contact us via email at  usebalfon@hotmail.com or Instagram @usebalfon, providing your order number. Our team will get back to you with the necessary instructions.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

• shows no signs of use;
• has the original tag attached;
• is sent in its original packaging, whenever possible.

Returns

You may request a return of your purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, as provided for by the Consumer Protection Code.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used for the purchase.
